Dean Laming ACII Chartered Insurance Broker - Commercial Director
Dean joined Henry Seymour & Co in 2008 as Commercial Director with overall responsibility for marketing, new product development and business growth. Having more than 13 years insurance industry experience gained in a variety of underwriting, technical and management roles, Dean most recently was a Regional Manager for a large insurance company. Dean is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and his experience and expertise allow him to work closely with our larger clients ensuring their insurance needs are constantly met.

Linda Plows – Administrative Director
Linda is the Administrative Director and joined Henry Seymour & Co in 1992 after leaving an underwriting role within an insurance company. Linda now has 26 years experience in the insurance industry and is responsible for the underwriting of the company’s various schemes, together with regulatory and compliance procedures.
Theresa Brabin – Associate Director
Theresa has overall responsibility for the management of the Customer Services Team. She joined Henry Seymour & Co in 2001 and has worked in all areas of the business. Prior to joining the company, Theresa had 10 years experience in the Financial Services sector.
Theresa’s knowledge of insurance, fantastic customer service skills and ability to find a solution to any problem, mean she is very well placed to work closely with our customers and ensure the team offers the very best levels of service at all times.
Darragh Timlin – Associate Director
Darragh joined Henry Seymour & Co in 2008 as Underwriting and Key Account Manager with overall responsibility for relationships with our insurer partners and larger clients; providing a high quality service and ensuring their insurance requirements are fully met. Having more than 13 years insurance industry experience gained in a variety of underwriting and technical roles, Darragh most recently was a Senior Underwriter for a large insurance company. Darragh is a member of the Croydon Insurance Institute.

Madalyn Moore – Senior Sales Executive
Madalyn joined the Henry Seymour & Co sales team in 2004 and quickly progressed to Senior Sales Executive. Over the years Madalyn has built some excellent relationships with her customers, saving them money on their insurance and many come back again and again for their other insurance needs.
Madalyn’s insurance knowledge and customer service skills mean that she will be able to assist you whatever your requirements. Madalyn will discuss your requirements in detail and work with some of the UK’s biggest insurers to put together a competitive quotation for you. You will always be given a number of options and can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Janice Kokkides – Customer Service Supervisor
Janice joined Henry Seymour & Co in 1998 and has more than 20 years insurance, administrative and accounts experience. Both her product & technical knowledge make her the ideal person to lead our customer services team.
Tricia Fielding – Senior Customer Adviser
Having joined Henry Seymour & Co in 2005 with 25 years administrative experience in personnel, accounts & insurance, Tricia is well placed to deal with the wide range of enquiries met by our customer services team.
Tom Wakeling – Senior Claims Adviser
Tom joined Henry Seymour & Co in 2008 with more than 2 years experience working for a large insurance company. He initially joined the business as a Customer Services Adviser but his knowledge of claims procedures was quickly apparent and he transferred almost immediately to our claims department.
Tom’s technical knowledge and customer service skills allow him to quickly resolve customer queries and ensure customers get the best possible assistance in the event of a claim.
